Newly constructed building located in the center of the city, next to the Fine Arts Museum, at a few minutes from the famous Cathedral, Giralda, Alcazar and the comercial zone of the city. It is provided with studios for 3 people and apartments for 4 people. All of them are provided with internet free connection and air condition. Bed linen and towels included in the price.

Studios:

High season: 1 to 7 january, march, april, may, june, september, october and december.

Low season: The rest of the year.

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

NORMAL SEASON

- Minimum stay 2 nights

- It is required the prepayment of the 50% of the total cost to confirm the reservation. This amount will be charged on your credit card and will be refunded on cancelling with more than 15 days in advance.

- If the arrival at the apartment is after 21.00 h, there´s a suplement cost of 25 €

for the late check-in

HOLLY WEEK AND APRIL FAIR:

- Holly week minimum stay 4 nights. April Fair minimum stay 4 nights.

- It is required the prepayment of the 100% of the total cost to confirm the reservation.

- Cancellations with more than 15 days in advance:refund of the 50% of the total cost of the reservation.

- Cancelations with less than 15 days in advance: no refund.
