Apartment, style inspired by Mediterranean and Japanese residences, with two splendid and luminous terraces, located in a beautifully restaured 1918 building in the Nervión quarter, a lovely central neighborhood developed for the Ibero-American Exhibition of 1929. 10 minutes from the Buhaira Palace that was built outside the city in the 12th century.

 

The apartment consists of a main room with tatami (where one may eat in Japanese style) and a double bed, a kitchen area in the same room, a large bathroom and two terraces, on which one can sleep on sweet Andalusian summer nights.

 

The neighborhood is quiet and enjoys excellent public transportation - only 5 minutes from the Métro (Gran Plaza) and 10 minutes from the main (Santa Justa) train station.
