Luminous and quiet apartment in the heart center of Seville. Just two minutes walking from the Cathedral, La Giralda or Reales Alcazares. It is placed in a narrow quiet street of the city center with no heavy traffic around. When you come into the building you could find a typical Sevillian "patio" plenty of sunlight and plants.
The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms with sunlight during all the day, kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room with two big sofas and a particular "patio" only for your use (the access is just from the main bedroom). The apartment has all the commodities and appliances you need to make your stay very comfortable.
Although it is just in the heart of the old city, the apartment is very quiet: the only noises you could hear are La Giralda's Bells. But when you come out of the building, you could live Seville 100% with plenty of people walking through its narrow streets or sitting in the squares.
The apartment is in one of the most famous neighbourhood in Seville, La Juderia, between Santa Cruz and Alfalfa, plenty of life in the streets with lots of bars, restaurants, etc. and very near from La Giralda and the Cathedral with easy access to the other parts of the city.
The apartment is ideal for visiting Seville and all the historical heritage of the city.

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

* Minimum stay 3 days. In Holy Week and Fair of April, minimum stay 1 semana.

* Water, Butane and electric comsumptions included in prices.

* Cleaning not included in prices.

* Late check-in (after 20.00 hours): extra charge 30 euros.

* Sundays and Holidays check-in: extra charge 35 euros.

* Early check-out ((before 08.00 hours): extra charge 35 euros.

NORMAL SEASON:

* Prepayment: 100 EUROS.

* Cancellations with less than 1 week in advance: charge on your credit card of the total amount of your stay.

* DEPOSIT: once you arrived to the apartment, you have to pay the 100% of your reservation + a deposit of 100. This deposit will be refunded at departure in the case of no damages in the apartment (before 11 a.m.).

HOLY WEEK AND FAIR OF APRIL:

* It is required the prepayment of the 50% of the total price of your reservation to confirm it. This amount will be paid through a bank transfer.

* Cancellations with less than 45 days in advance: refund of the 50% of the prepayment.

* DEPOSIT: once you arrived to the apartment, you have to pay the another 50% of your reservation + a deposit of 100. This deposit will be refunded at departure in the case of no damages in the apartment (before 11 a.m.).
