The apartments have spacious common areas, garden, swimming pool and beautiful sea views.

Description of the apartments:

The apartments are fully equipped. They have a luminous lounge with front terrace, sofa bed and plasma TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, refrigerator and microwave. There is a big bedroom with a private terrace and double bed (150 cm). Full bathroom with shower. Air conditioning and heating.

Low season:

1 month: 700 Euros.

High Season:

Weeks:

* June and September: 700 euros.

* July and August: 900 euros.

15 days:

* June and September: 1200 euros.

* July and August: 1500 euros.

Months:

* June and September: 2000 euros.

* July and August: 2300 euros.

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

RESERVATION CONDITIONS (* Not valid for reservations of more than 1 month):

Is required the prepayment of the 30% of the total price of the reservation to confirm it. This amount will be paid by a bank transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

* Cancellation with more than 30 days in advance: it will be refunded the 100% of the prepayment.

* Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before arrival: it will be refunded the 50% of the prepayment.

* Less than 15 days and more than 7 in advance, it will be refunded the 25% of the prepayment.

* Less than 7 days before arrival: the deposit will not be refunded.

COMMENTS / OTHER CONDITIONS:

* Cleaning: For stays longer than 1 week in high season, the cleaning of the apartment and the change of sheets and towels once a week it is included in prices. In other cases, the apartment is cleaned on entry and exit of customers.

* Deposit:
€ 150.00 for stays over 3 nights
€ 250.00 for stays over 15 days
€ 700.00 for stays over 1 month
