RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

It is required the prepayment of the 20% of the total price of the reservation to confirm it. This amount will be paid through a bank transfer and will be refunded in case of cancelling with more than 2 weeks in advance.

Once you arrived and received the keys of your apartment you have to pay the rest of the money in cash + a damage deposit of 150 Euros (payment in cash) that will be given back to you on departure date if no damage has been caused.
