For its privileged position in the Honda street, the apartment is ideal for those who want to be at the heart of Jerez. It is a very luminous apartment, with lookouts where you can see a panoramic view of one of the most noble streets of downtown Jerez.

Located in a first floor, it is fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning.

The entrance to the apartment gives way to a bright room that has a large sofa bed convertible in a double bed. The kitchen is warm and is fully equipped and the apartment is completed with a bright bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobe closet and a bathroom with tub.

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

PREPAYMENT:

To confirm your reservation it is required the prepayment of the 30% of the total price of the reservation. This amount will be paid through a bank transfer and will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

OTHER CONDITIONS:

Children under two years can stay free of charge if they does not occupy additional beds.
If you need a baby cot, ask before.
The apartment will be completely clean on arrival; if you want additional cleaning may also apply.
We provide a set of sheets and towels per person.

ARRIVAL:

Once you arrive to the apartment, you will have to sign a tenancy agreement. In adition, you will have to pay a damage deposit of 150/200 Euros (payment in cash) that will be given back to you on departure date if no damage has been caused.

Arrival hour: 15:00 H. If for any reason you are going to arrive before, please inform us and we will try accommodation before.

STAYS:

The apartment can only accommodate to the number of persons indicated in the booking confirmation.

DEPARTURES: 11:00 H.

On departure day the client have to leave the apartment in a reasonable state of cleanliness.
