In 1729, the Nuñez de Prado family built ths "señoral" hause that has stood for 275 years.

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

An advance payment is necessary for stays of four or more nights: 30 % charge on the credit card.

Cancellation Policy:

    * Low season: 72 hours before arrival.
    * High season: one week before arrival.
    * Special season: 10 days before arrival.

In case of cancellation after the specified time, the total amount of the booking will be charged on the credit card.

There will be also a charge for the total amount of the booking if, after having checked-in, clients decide to stay for a shorter period than the one booked.
