Newly constructed building located in the very heart of Seville, few minutes from the famous Cathedral, Giralda and Alcazar, and the comercial zone of the city. RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

NORMAL SEASON

- Minimum stay 2 nights

- It is required the prepayment of the 50% of the total cost to confirm the reservation. This amount will be charged on your credit card and will be refunded on cancelling with more than 15 days in advance.

HOLLY WEEK AND APRIL FAIR:

- Holly week minimum stay 4 nights. April Fair minimum stay 4 nights.

- It is required the prepayment of the 100% of the total cost to confirm the reservation.

- Cancellations with more than 15 days in advance:refund of the 50% of the total cost of the reservation.

- Cancelations with less than 15 days in advance: no refund.
