Habana 4 Apartment is part of the complex that constituted the old mints factory of the Castillian crown, dating from the 18th century. Originally the complex was a part of the Alcazar Palace, located within its walls.
The complex was fully refurbished around the year 2000, maintaining the original facade, but drastically renovating inside.
