RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

It is required the prepayment of the 30% of the total price of the reservation to confirm it. This amount will be paid by bank transfer.

Pre-booking is valid for the next three days waiting for payment on 30% of the total amount of the reserved services.
At the time we receive notification of your payment by bank transfer will be sent to you the final receipt of your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

* 30 days before the arrival date, refund of the 70% of the prepayment.
* 30 to 15 days before the arrival date, refund of the 30% of the prepayment.
* 15 days before the arrival date, no refund.

OTHER CONDITIONS:

Deposit damage: 100 €. This deposit will be returned at departure if no damages have been caused.
Penalty of 20 € in case of lost of the keys.
