It is an apartment on the Second floor of an old house from the 1920s restored in 2004 by the owners that currently live in the same building. The apartment sleeps 2-3 people and has a total surface of about 50 m². It includes a bedroom with a double bed, Bathroom and a living room with open kitchen. The house is equipped with electrical heating. Sheets, blankets and towels are provided. You dispose of new sheets once a week and you can order an additional weekly cleaning service of the appartment if you want.
The apartment have a unique location, on the very Alameda de Hércules itself, one of the few vast open spaces in the old center of Seville, with trees. There a lot of different styled bars and terraces at hand to choose from, either for your breakfast and coffee in the morning, or your tapa and beer in the evening, until dawn. Just out of the door you start to enjoy the authentic Sevillian atmosphere both by day as by night.

- Kitchen: Equipped with a bar, stainless steel sink, hob with electric burners, refrigerator, washing machine, a cupboard, kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery, pans and pots.

- Bedroom 1 (6 m²): With a double bed (140 cm wide), a wardrobe with two folding doors and a window overlooking the patio.
