It is an old house from the 1940s restored in 2001 by the owners, combining both mdern and traditional elements. The apartment on the ground floor is usually available for rent. It sleeps 2-4 people and has a total surface of about 75 m². It includes:
- Kitchen: Equipped with a marble work surface, stainless steel sink, hob with gas burners, electric oven, refrigerator, table for 6 people, a cupboard, kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery, pans and pots.
- Living room area (30m²): With a, a sofa, two armchairs and a TV.
- Bedroom (10 m²): With a double bed (150 cm wide), a built-in wardrobe with three folding doors and a window overlooking the patio.
- Study (12 m²): With a desk, bookshelves and a double sofa bed (160 cm wide). With access to the bathroom and two sliding windows overlooking the two patios.
- Bathroom (3m²): With a shower.
- Toilet.
The dining room and the study have access to the two small patios.
CURRENTLY the rest of the house (150 m2, first and second floor with large roof terrace of about 70 m2) is temporarily available for rent. It sleeps 4-5 people and it consists of:
- Large living room (30m2) with sofa, single bed, television, HiFi
- Fully equipped kitchen (10 m2)
- Two bedrooms (each one on a different floor) with double beds (160cm and 180cm wide) and private access to bathrooms (3m2) with shower and bath, respectively.
- Small den with access to large roof terrace area of about 70 m2.
The house is equipped with central heating. Sheets, blankets and towels are provided.
