Beautiful and modern apartment in the heart of the city with nice views of the sea and the city.

It is an attic loft with 2 bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other with two beds. It also has a double sofa bed, so the total capacity of the apartment is up to 6 people.

The apartment is very large (90 square metres), bright and quiet and has a terrace from which we can see the beutiful city of Málaga.

The apartment has natural wood floors and all the amenities that you need to enjoy your holidays in Málaga.

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Required deposit for confirmation: 30% of the total rent.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

For canellations until 90 days before the start of the holiday, 20% deposit will be refunded minus 30,00 Eruos for handling fee.
For cancellations less than 90 days before the start of the holiday, no refund of deposit.
For cancellations from 3 days before the start of the rental or in case of no show, your credit card will be charged for the total amount of the reserve.

MOFICICATIONS

For changes made 90 days before the start of the rental, there will be no charge.
For changes made less than 90 days before the start of the rental, MALAGAFLAT reserves the right to study therir performance in each case.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR EARLY DEPARTURE

The Customer is not entiled to any refund in case of leaving the apartment before the end of the contrated stay.

OTHER CONDITIONS

Use of the property. The right to use the apartment by the Customer, shall not start before 14:00 hours of their arrival, and ends at 12:00 hours of your departure date, unless prior agreement by the parties.
Malagaflat will provide to the Customer an apartment in the state of presevations, cleanliness and order so the Customer can access it at that moment.
The Customer shall immediately notify Malagaflat on any damage caused to the apartment or its contents.
The Customer shall not introduce any furniture or undertake renovations or repairs in the apartment.
The Customer may not stay in the apartment more than the number of persons alloweb by Malagaflat.
The Customer shall not use the apartments for any purpose other than agreed here; the subletting of the apartment is prohibited.
The Customer shall not conduct activities contrary to decency and standards of hygiene or normal behaviour.
