It is required the prepayment of the 20% of the total price of the reservation to confirm it. This ampunt will be paid through a bank transfer and will be refunded on cancelling with more than 15 days in advance.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT:

* Once you arrive at the apartment, you will have to pay a damage deposit of 100 Euros (payment in cash) that will be given back to you on departure date if no damage has been caused.
