Located in the traditional quarter of Realejo, the heart of Granada. Because of its location our visitors could enjoy of walks in the centre of the city like the “Paseo de los tristes” or “Plaza Nueva”, to visit the Alhambra, the Cathedral, etc., and everything in 5 minutes on foot.

ALL THE APARTMENTS HAVE:

Completely furnished with fridge, microwave, electric vitro ceramic, extractor, kitchen utensils, coffee-maker, cutlery, crockery.
Washing machine and a place to hang out in the terrace of the building.

2 bedrooms with a double-bed or 2 single beds.

Possibility to add an extra bed to increase the capacity up to 7 persons.

Normal season:

2 pax: 390 Euros/week (7% tax included).
3 pax: 460 Euros/week (7% tax included).
4 pax: 530 Euros/week (7% tax included).

5 pax: 600 Euros/week (7% tax included).

6 pax: 670 Euros/week (7% tax included).

7 pax: 740 Euros/week (7% tax included).

High season:

690 Euros/week (7% tax included).

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

PRICES INCLUDE:
Heating and hot water.
Towels and sheets.
One kit of keys.

MINIMUM STAY 2 NIGHTS. ASK FOR IT IN HIGH SEASON.

CONDITIONS:
Apartments reserve, 25% of the total amount. Rest at arrival.
Free children until 3 years.
Price includes the use of the kitchen and all the kitchen articles.
Security deposit against damages and breakings of 25%, that will be returned at the end of the stay.
Complete payment of the stay with the retirement of the keys.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Annulment 10 days before the reserve. Without charge.
- From 9 to 3 days, charge of 1 day’s amount.
- Less of 48 hours, charge of the reserve’s amount.
