* These prices are not valid in Holy Week, Christmas, bank holidays and festive days.
Apartment for 1/2 persons: 400 Euros/week.
Apartment for 3 persons: 460 Euros/week.
Apartment for 4 persons: 510 Euros/week.
Once you have confirmed your reservation, you will have to make a bank transfer with the 50% of the total price of the reservation.
Cancellations:
Cancellations between 9 and 5 days before the arrival will have a charge corresponding to the total price of the first night.
Cancellations with less than 5 days in advance: the prepayment will not be refunded.
Observations/Other conditions:
* Prices include the parking.
* Once you arrive at the apartment, you will have to pay a damage deposit of 150 Euros that will be given back to you on departure date if no damage has been caused.
* Delivery of the keys.
Arrivals can be between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. In case that this timetable doesn´t adjust to you, you will have to inform us when you confirm your reservation.
The keys will be given in the apartment.
