RESERVATION CONDITIONS:
• Water, electricity and gas consumptions included in prices.
• Arrival: between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.
• Departure: before 2 p.m.
• Sheets included, no towels.
• To make a reservation we require an advance of money of 50% of the total cost. This amount will be paid trough a bank transfer.
At arrival, you will have to pay the rest of the money + a deposit of 150 Euros. This deposit will be refunded at departure in case of no damages in the apartment. In other case, the owner of the apartment will deduct of the deposit 30 euros for cleaning (if it is not clean) and the proportional part of the damages.
MINIMUM STAY:
1 week. If you want to stay less than a week, it will be required the price for a minimum of 3 nights to the price indicated per day.
PAYMENT IN ADVANCE:
The owner of the apartment can require, optionally, the prepayment of the 50% of the total price of the reservation to confirm it. This amount would be paid trhough a bank transfer. Rest of the payment at arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations with more than 15 days before the arrival, the 100% of the prepayment will be refunded.
- Cancellations between 14 and 7 days before the arrival: refund of the 50% of the prepayment.
- Cancellations with less than 7 days in advance: no refund.
- The formalization of the reserve takes implicit to the acceptance of the conditions and policy of cancellation before mentioned.
