Lovely small 2 floor house that has been comfortably furnished to provide good standard accommodation ideal for couples and families alike. Located in a pedestrian street in the historic quarter, Albayzin, at 2 min walking distance from Plaza Nueva (city center). Enjoys a wonderfull view of the Alhambra, Generalife and Sacromonte.

DESCRIPTION:
In the ground floor: 1 BEDROOM with a big double bed (150cm x 190cm), beside table, wardrobe, dressing table. Cot available. Electrical radiator for the heating.

In the first floor: a cosy open plan LOUNGE with double sofa-bed (135cm x 180cm) for 2 people, dining area with a nice table and 6 wooden chairs, colour TV, digital satellite with international channels, music system with CD, French door with a beautifull view.

The KITCHEN is completly equiped ( gas cooker, fridge, washer/dryer, microwaves, mixer, coffe-maker, iron and ironing board...).

BATHROOM with shower over bath, toilet and basin. Hairdrier.

TERRACE with a table and 4 chairs. Enjoys open wonderfull views on the Alhambra, Generalife and the Sacromonte.

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

CONDITIONS TO RESERVE:
MINIMUM STAY 2 DAYS (the whole bank holidays if it is the case)
It is required a down payment of 30% of the total rent. This amount will be charged in your credit card at the moment of the confirmation of the reservation.

INCLUDED:
The rent includes the following services: clean sheets and towels, water, electricity and gas consumption, as well as a small welcome breakfast.

DELIVERY OF KEYS AND ARRIVAL
You have to indicate us when a reservation is done, the APPROXIMATE ARRIVAL TIME.

As soon as the reservation has been confirmed, the phone numbers of the key holder will be sent to you. This person have to inform you about the meeting place. It is of paramount importance to carry this information with you on arrival. Otherwise you'll not be able to contact the key holder nor find the house.

Please plan to arrive between 16:00 and 21:00. If it were impossible to use this time window, you should indicate so when you make your reservation and we'll try to find a solution. Your reservation might be canceled in case you arrive after 21:00 without prior notice.

On arrival you have to pay the balance and deposit an ADDITIONAL AMOUNT OF 150 EUROS. Both have to be paid in IN CASH. The deposit will be refunded on departure, if the house is in the same conditions as on arrival. Otherwise, the repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the deposit. For an extra end cleaning, 30 Euro might be charged. In any case, all damage beyond common wear on the house has to be repaired on expenses of the tenant.

CANCELLATIONS:
For any reservation canceled more than one month before arrival, only a 30 Euros handling fee will be charged. The rest of the down payment will be refunded entirely.
For cancellations between one month and two weeks before arrival, the 30 Euros handling fee plus 50% of the down payment will be retained.
In all other cases, the entire down payment is lost.
