LAMBDA is a residential complex of semidetached houses located on a hill at 800 metres from the Velilla Beach, at 200 m from the tennis club "AL-CLUB" and at 3 km from the center of Almuñecar.

The Urbanization has access both by the National 340 and by the Velilla Beach.

The houses consist of 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and one with twin beds), living room with sofa bed, air conditioning, TV and fireplace, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Also have a wonderful garden-terrace and a garage.

They are also equipped with bedding and towels.

Urbanization is complemented with a swimming pool (operational throughout the year), solarium and barbecue area.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

It is required the prepayment of the 25% of the total price of the reservation to confirm it. This amount will be paid through a bank transfer and will be refunded on cancelling with more than 7 days in advance.

Delivery of the keys at the office of TROPYSOL COSTA S.L.L., situated in the ground floor of the TAO Building - Edificio Tao, Playa Velilla, 15. It is required a damage deposit of 80 euros.
