In Doña Rama, a district of the town of Belmez in the heart of the Guadiato region, stands the 19th-century Casa Doña Benita. The focal point of this small town’s intrahistory is now open to you.

Doña Benita, the last inhabitant, made her house a meeting place for the entire community. During the day it served as both tavern and grocery store. This was a singular shop where the locals could enjoy a glass of wine or purchase their necessary foodstuffs, which could not fail to include morcilla blood sausage, dried meats and cured ham from the shop’s cellar, or the excellent vegetables carefully raised in the house’s garden. When night came, the large hall on the ground floor became a place for dances and meetings. Festive evenings were attended not only by people from Doña Rama itself, but those from nearby estates and villages. Everything took place under the vigilant gaze of the adults, who positioned themselves on the upper floor balcony, which acted as an moral vantage point from which to keep an eye on the proceedings.

Casa Doña Benita: the old heart which inspired the life of the small community of Doña Rama beats again, with a renewed appearance, offering itself to the 21st-century visitor.

* DISCOUNTS SINCE 3 DAYS OF STAY (4 DAYS IN HIGH SEASON).

RESERVATION CONDITIONS:

It is required the 20% of the total price of the reservation at the moment of confirming the reservation (charge on your credit card) and the rest will be charged one week before the arrival (80%). If the reservation is with less than 1 week in advance, the prepayment will be the 100%.

* In addition, once you have confirmed the reservation, the establishment will contact you to authorize them, with a document that they will send to you, to charge on your credit card the amounts corresponding to damages in the house (if these damages have been produced).

CANCELLATION POLICY:

- Cancellations between 10 an 6 days before arrival: charge of the 25% of the total price of the reservation.
- Cancellations between 5 an 2 days before arrival: charge of the 50% of the total price of the reservation.

- 100 % - 24 hours before arrival or “no show”.

OTHER CONDITIONS OF RENTING:

- You should leave the Aldealia’s house before 6 p.m. The departure after 6 p.m. without authorization, will be paid with your credit card, and it’ll be the price of one night. You should give the keys to the person in charge of the Aldealia’s house.

- You should close the Aldealia’s house with the keys. Aldealia isn’t responsible of any loss or theft, that happens in the house.

- You should report to the person in charge of Aldealia’s house any broken thing or any damage, in order to be repaired.

- The Aldealia’s house should to be left in the same conditions it was at the arrival, even the kitchen furniture.

- Linen and towels should be left in the wicker baskets placed at bathroom.

- The garbage should be placed in the containers near the house.

- If Aldealia would find any damage caused by the guest, it will be paid with the client´s crdit card given to Aldealia.

- The lights should be off at de departure.

- Any kind of reclaims should be reported on the 24 hours following the arrival. After this period, Aldealia will not admit it.
